What is your maximum capacity?
Our maximum capacity is 80 guests for the daytime (including ceremony and wedding breakfast), and up to 130 guests for the evening reception.
Do you allow external catering?
No, we only allow in house catering.
Can we have our ceremony at the venue?
Yes, we are licensed to host wedding ceremonies at the hotel.
Do we get preferential room rates?
Wedding couples can book a number of bedrooms at a preferential rate for both the night prior to, and the night of, the wedding. Please note that in order to access the preferential rate, guest bedrooms must be booked via the wedding couple.
Do you provide decor and entertainment?
Our event spaces include standard setup with tables, chairs, linens, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. We do not provide additional décor or entertainment, however, we do have a number of recommended suppliers. Please contact the Weddings Team for further details.

Can we have an early check in before the ceremony?
We cannot guarantee any check-in earlier than 3pm. We would advise any guest who would like to get ready at the hotel to book a room for the night prior to the wedding at the preferential rate, subject to availability.
Are we allowed candles?
Candles used as decor cannot have an open flame. They must be within a holder with a minimum gap of 5cm between the flame and the top of the holder.
Can we use our own vendors instead of your recommended suppliers?
Yes, you are welcome to use outside vendors. We just ask that any external suppliers provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance certificate showing minimum coverage of £3 million, plus any applicable PAT testing certificates.
