Our event spaces at King Street Townhouse have always been places to gather, celebrate and connect. Guided by the building's Italian Renaissance heritage, the South Terrace & Lounge and Mezzanine Lounge have been thoughtfully reimagined - preserving everything that made them special while elevating the experience for every occasion. 

The South Terrace & Lounge offers renewed interiors with updated finishes, mirrors to draw in natural light, flexible room dividers for gatherings of any size, a refined lounge bar holds a dual-aspect fireplace, and a rooftop terrace offers skyline city views.  

The Mezzanine Lounge is one of our most intimate settings - warm and unhurried, with deep tones, brass accents, bespoke lounge seating and a dedicated bar that sets the scene for private celebrations done well. 

Together with our wider collection of event spaces, each with their own character - these rooms form a venue that feels individual in every corner, and connected throughout. 

First Floor

Located on the first floor, the Large and Small Hubs combine elegance and flexibility, ideal for both corporate and leisure events. These spaces can be used separately for intimate gatherings or combined for larger events, ranging from creative workshops to reunions and retirement parties. Each hub is tailored to enhance your event, offering everything from light, healthy meals to indulgent afternoon teas and lavish lunches, ensuring a sophisticated and adaptable setting that radiates warmth and character.

First Floor Combined – up to 70 guests (informal style) 

Mezzanine

Overlooking the Tavern, our Mezzanine Lounge combines creativity and comfort, making it perfect for both corporate and leisure uses. Equipped with a built-in screen and Wi-Fi, it's ideal for informal meetings, creative sessions, or casual meet-ups. For leisure, it transforms into a cosy, private space ideal for afternoon tea, cocktails, or romantic occasions with Champagne, providing a backdrop of effortless elegance and unforgettable memories. This versatile lounge ensures each occasion is uniquely special, supporting a variety of events with all the necessary tools.

The Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar at King Street Townhouse merges the charm of a historic setting with modern hospitality, ideal for both leisure and corporate events. This intimate, brick-vaulted space serves as a perfect backdrop for special dinners and private dining. Whether hosting a celebratory engagement or an exclusive corporate meeting, indulge in a curated menu with expertly paired wines, enhancing each personal and memorable experience in this atmospheric enclave.

Our Wine Cellar and Private Screening Room can be privately hired as one package.  

Screening Room

Our Private Screening Room offers a unique blend of corporate and leisure uses. For corporate events, it provides a memorable setting for presentations or film screenings with its 20-seater cinema setup. On the leisure side, it's perfect for private movie nights or viewing special occasions like wedding videos. The room features plush seating, ambient lighting, and a variety of catering options from burgers and pizzas to popcorn and pick ‘n’ mix, making it an ideal venue for hosting something uniquely entertaining.

South Terrace

Our South Terrace combines indoor sophistication with outdoor splendor, ideal for both corporate and leisure events. It features stunning city views, adaptable layouts, and a private bar, enhancing any event. Our dedicated team and bespoke culinary options, ranging from gourmet BBQs to elegant three-course meals, ensure a memorable experience tailored to your needs, all year round with heating and canopy-covered areas.
