A design evolution is coming to our rooms and suites, set to be unveiled in April 2026.
Our guestrooms have always been defined by character, comfort and a sense of home. That same spirit sits at the heart of a new chapter for our interiors.
As part of this evolution, ten of our guestrooms are being reimagined as our new Signature Collection, bookable from January 2026. Taking inspiration from the building’s Italian Renaissance heritage, each Signature room will introduce a fresh, contemporary perspective while celebrating its own architectural details, with rich tones, soft finishes, layered textures and thoughtful touches designed for quiet indulgence.
This renewal sits harmoniously alongside our existing guestrooms, creating a family of spaces that feel distinct yet connected, all reflecting the same spirit of warmth and understated luxury at the heart of King Street Townhouse Hotel.

This sanctuary has been crafted in collaboration with ESPA's expertise and holistic approach alongside King Street Townhouse Hotel’s dedication to providing unforgettable experiences.
ESPA Snug
Featuring the same elegance as the Suite, the ESPA Snug is ideal for a short break in the heart of Manchester’s City Centre.
Perfect as a room on its own, it can also be transformed into a cosy connecting space if you are staying in our ESPA Suite, making you feel more at home while providing a generous additional space for friends and family.
Suite
Our suite offers a separate living area adorned with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches, creating a relaxing space to unwind. The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for a relaxing night’s sleep as well as a free-standing bathtub with views of the surrounding city. Whilst the stylish marble bathroom radiates indulgence with complimentary ESPA products, dual sinks and a walk-in rainfall shower.
Luxe Junior Suite
Our Luxe Junior Suites offer a perfect blend of style and comfort. These spacious rooms are designed with your relaxation in mind, featuring a cosy lounge area that’s perfect for unwinding. The elegant super king-size bed offers a restful sleep, whilst the free-standing bathtub, chic décor and thoughtful details creating an ambiance of refined luxury.

Snug
Our Snug Rooms are designed for those who prefer a charming, intimate space without compromising on comfort. Compact yet stylish, each Snug Room is uniquely designed, offering its own distinctive character with thoughtful details and cosy furnishings that create a warm and inviting retreat. The sleep bathroom is complete with a refreshing rainfall shower and indulgent ESPA toiletries.

Infinity Pool, Steam & Relaxation Area
Our Infinity Pool* is totally unique to Manchester. Located on the seventh floor, it combines city views with indulgent relaxation. Step in, and let yourself float: there's no better way to admire Manchester.
*Available for residents only, guests are welcome to visit the pool between 7am and 9pm daily, and are not required to reserve a timeslot prior to arriving at the hotel. However, capacity will continue to be limited to eight people. For over 16s only.
