A Decade of Magic: In-Property 10 Days of Rewards

This December, we’re celebrating 10 magical years of King Street Townhouse by giving back to our guests and community through our 10 Days of Magic campaign.

From 14th to 24th December, we’ll be spreading festive joy in two special ways:

· In-property surprises: Each day, one lucky guest will receive a surprise reward as part of our in-house 10 Days of Rewards giveaway.

· Social celebrations: Across our social channels, followers can take part in our 10 Days of Magic Social Competition — with daily prizes to be won and a Grand Prize Draw announced on Day 10.

Both activities are designed as a heartfelt thank you to those who have shared in our story over the past decade — and to mark the next chapter of King Street Townhouse with a little extra magic.

A Decade of Magic: In-Property 10 Days of Rewards

Thank you for celebrating A Decade of Magic with us. We will be issuing one reward each day to guests staying at King Street Townhouse Hotel between 14th December – 24th December. Recipients will be chosen at random each day. Each reward is issued subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before redeeming.

General Terms

· Rewards are valid only for the recipient and are non-transferable.

· Rewards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalent.

· Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

· Only original reward cards will be accepted; photocopies, scans, or damaged cards will not be valid.

· King Street Townhouse reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a reward card at its discretion.

· All redemptions are subject to availability and advance booking is recommended.

· Recipients must be 18 years or older to redeem any reward involving alcohol.

· Each reward must be redeemed by 30th December 2026, unless otherwise stated.

· Any reservation made using this reward vouchers will be subject to the regular booking policies and terms of conditions of King Street Townhouse Hotel and SPA.

· Rewards will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.

· Reward Vouchers are valid from the date of receipt until the expiry date, exclusions apply

· King Street Townhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw these rewards at any time without prior notice. 

· All products and services associated with the rewards and redemption are subject to availability 

· Each reward and redemption remains subject to all terms and conditions of King Street Townhouse Hotel and SPA

Individual Reward Terms

1. Complimentary Bottle of House Wine or Sparkling Wine (Day 1)

· Recipient must be 18 years or older.

· Redeemable until 30th December 2026.

· Includes one complimentary bottle of red, white, or rosé house wine, or house sparkling wine. Non-alcoholic options available on request

· Redeem by presenting your reward card to a member of The Tavern team.

2. ESPA Treatment of the Season (for two, January 2026) (Day 2)

· Entitles two guests to a complimentary ESPA Treatment of the Season when staying overnight at King Street Townhouse during January 2026.

· Only valid for the Treatment of the Season; cannot be exchanged for an alternative treatment.

· Advance booking is strongly advised to ensure availability.

· Participants must be 18 years or older.

· Book the treatment directly with the Spa Reception team, separate from your accommodation booking by calling 0161 667 0707 or emailing spa@kingstreettownhouse.co.uk.

3. Limited Edition Cocktail Tasting Masterclass (for Two) (Day3)

· Experience a Cocktail Tasting Masterclass for two guests, including two cocktails per person.

· Participants must be 18 years or older.

· Anything ordered in addition to the allocated cocktails will be chargeable.

· Booking is required in advance and the experience is valid until 30th December 2026.

4. Afternoon Tea for Two (Day4)

· Enjoy a complimentary Afternoon Tea for Two in the Afternoon Tea Lounge.

· Redeemable until 30th December 2026.

· Choose between a Traditional Afternoon Tea or High Tea for Two.

· Includes a pot of tea per person; additional beverages will be chargeable.

· Advance booking is essential.

5. Two Tickets to a Christmas Film Screening (Day 5)

· Includes two complimentary tickets to a Christmas film screening in the Private Cinema at King Street Townhouse Hotel. · Valid for screenings throughout December 2025 and December 2026.

· Advance booking is required to secure availability.

6. Lunch for Two (Set Menu) (Day 6)

· Offers two guests a complimentary three-course lunch from the set menu in The Tavern.

· Any additional items ordered outside the set menu will be chargeable.

· Advance booking is required to ensure availability.

· Valid until 30th December 2026.

7. 30-Minute ESPA Treatment (Day 7)

· Entitles one guest to a 30-minute ESPA treatment in the Spa.

· Select from our express treatments (excludes Hot Stone Massage).

· Participants must be 18 years or older.

· Valid until 30th December 2026.

8. Grazing Board for Two (including a drink per person)

· Enjoy a grazing board for two of your choice, accompanied by one drink per person.

· Choose from: house wine (red, white, or rosé), bottled beer, or a soft drink.

· Redeemable until 30th December 2026.

· Advance booking recommended.

9. £50 King Street Townhouse Voucher

· A £50 monetary voucher to spend at King Street Townhouse.

· Can be used towards dining, spa experiences, or overnight stays.

· Cannot be exchanged for monetary value or used in conjunction with any other offer.

· Redeem by presenting your reward card to the Reception Team.

· Valid until 30th December 2026.

10. Overnight Spa & Stay in a Cosy Bedroom

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 10 Days of Magic Social Competition running on the official @kingsttownhouse Instagram account between 14th and 24th December 2025. By entering, participants agree to the following:

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of King Street Townhouse, Hale Country Club & Spa, or any THG subsidiary, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

· Winner Selection & Notification

A winner will be selected at random for each daily prize.

Winners of Days 1–9 will be announced either publicly on Instagram Stories or contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message from the official @kingsttownhouse account.

Only messages from @kingsttownhouse are genuine. Any other accounts claiming to represent King Street Townhouse are not official or verified.

Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected at random.

The winner of the Day 10 Grand Prize Draw will be announced on 1st January 2026 and must respond within 7 days. If no response is received, another winner will be chosen at random, who will also have 7 days to reply.

Failure to respond within the stated timeframes will result in forfeiture of the prize.

· Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.

Prizes cannot be sold, traded, or substituted for any other experience or product.

Proof of prize-winning must be presented at the time of booking or redemption.

For Days 1–9, guests must show their official Instagram winning message from @kingsttownhouse to a member of the King Street Townhouse team.

For Day 10, the winner will be contacted via email from the King Street Townhouse social media team, and this email will serve as proof of prize-winning.

King Street Townhouse reserves the right to decline redemptions that do not meet these Terms.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

All prizes must be redeemed by 30th December 2026, unless otherwise stated.

All products and services associated with the rewards and redemption are subject to availability

Each reward and redemption remains subject to all terms and conditions of King Street Townhouse Hotel and SPA

· Additional Information

King Street Townhouse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
